CONSTRUCTION

My experience as a licensed architect who has been involved in every phase of the construction process has provided me with solid background when dealing with the legal issues surrounding a construction case or controversy. If you have a meritorious claim or defense of a matter involving an allegation of defective design or defective construction, I will assess the matter thoroughly, visit the site, and confer with you as to a course of action. I will forcefully advocate your position, and work towards efficient settlement of the matter.

ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

If you are dealing with an environmental matter affecting health or property, I will assess the matter to determine how best to advocate for you. If warranted, I will work with the regulatory agencies or local government entity to reach a favorable resolution, If your property is subject to regulation for environmental matters, I will represent and protect your interests throughout the process.
